The 2017 SAIA Annual Convention & Exposition will take place at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal.  This is one of Montreal’s most iconic landmarks and is undergoing a $140 million transformation. The hotel will feature a brand new design blending contemporary décor with a vintage flair and will reopen in June 2017 just in time for Montreal’s 375th Anniversary celebration and our arrival for the Annual Convention.

  • Sunday, July 23, 2017, Welcome Reception, 5 - 7 p.m.
  • Monday, July 24, 2017, Lunch with Exhibitors, 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. / Exhibitor Reception 5:30 - 7 p.m.

Exhibitor Installation and Dismantle:

  • Move-In Time: Sunday, July 23, 2017, 9:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. All displays must be set up by 4:30 p.m. Space not occupied or set up by this time may be reassigned.
  • Move-Out Time: Tuesday, July 25, 2017, 1:30 - 7 p.m. Exhibitors may not break down their booths prior to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, 2017.
