The SAIA has negotiated a special room rate of $119 USD per night at Harrah's Las Vegas.　 For hotel reservations, call in toll free at 1-888-458-8471.  Mention that you are with the Scaffold & Access Industry Association to receive the special rate.　

NOTE: It is important to make reservations by October 1, 2012, after which Harrah’s will release rooms to the general public. It is also important to note that the rates quoted above are always subject to room availability, so it's very important to make your reservation just as soon as possible.　　

ANOTHER NOTE: We understand that there are several outlets to make our hotel reservation. We also understand that these other outlets may offer room rates less than the SAIA negotiated rate. If you find a lower rate, we encourage you to book it at Harrah’s! Just let us know that you’ve booked outside our block for us to get the proper credit for you staying at the same
