Across the world we are facing uncertain times together as the COVID-19 crisis continues to evolve. During these challenging times, SAIA is committed to communicating proactively with all of our members as we navigate these unchartered waters together
SAIA is hopeful that our nation will be back up and running by September and that the 2020 SAIA Annual Convention & Exposition will operate as usual. Please visit the SAIA Annual website often for updates.

We understand that situations come up at the last minute that may prevent you from attending. We will honor any cancellations that are received on or before August 15, 2020. There is a $75 cancellation fee ($50 for guest/spouse registrations). Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds on your registration after this cut-off date. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent in via mail, fax, or email to:
