Take a stroll down Weston's historic streets, where you'll discover a myriad of unique clothing boutiques, specialty foods purveyors, and one-of-a-kind artisan shops.

Your lunch destination – Avalon Cafe – serves up American Bistro-style cuisine and has been a staple of Weston for more than 26 years. Located in an antebellum home originally built in 1848, the cafe has become known as "White Lace" due to the distinctive white, lacy gingerbread adornments lining the long front porch.

Following lunch, you'll explore more than 160 years of history and witness authentic Missouri bourbon being made at the Holladay Distillery. This unique experience offers you the opportunity to

  • peer into the limestone spring discovered by Lewis & Clark in 1804,

  • step inside the mid-1800s stillhouse where Holladay bourbon was birthed,

  • walk amongst the aging barrels, and

  • see, smell, touch, and taste Real Missouri Bourbon.
