The SAIA has negotiated a special room rate of $139.00 per night. A daily resort fee of $30 per room, per night plus the current occupancy room tax will be charged in addition to the room rates. This fee includes:
- Wireless Internet access for three devices
- Fitness Center access for up to two adults
- Use of in-room safe
- Complimentary parking
- Complimentary shuttle bus service to the "Las Vegas Strip" and Downtown Las Vegas

You'll be in the center of annual meeting activity, that's why! You'll be able to network easily with other attendees.
The SAIA staff has taken their role of finding an annual meeting site very seriously. They have looked at a number of locations and evaluated the needs of attendees as well as the need for annual meeting space. Based on a guaranteed percentage of attendees staying in official annual meeting hotels, the hotels provide discounted rates from their normal charges.
If the SAIA does not meet the contracted sleeping room commitment, the hotel can charge the association for the missing revenue. Unfilled rooms can cost the association thousands of dollars, which can apply pressure to increase the meeting registration fees to offset these costs. We hope you will support SAIA by staying at the official meeting hotels. We think you will find the increased networking opportunities, and quality hotel services and amenities to be worth it!
