Sales and Marketing Manager
?This is a full-time hybrid role for an International Sales and Marketing professional at Wheels Scaffolding India Limited. The reporting will be to the head office in Chandigarh, India with flexibility for remote work. The International Sales and Marketing professional will be responsible for building relationships with customers and partners in the North American subcontinent, managing and expanding the international distribution network, creating marketing and sales plans, meeting sales targets and taking business development initiatives to grow the company's revenue. This role requires strict travel compliance and excellent communication skills to operate smoothly and efficiently with the team. Apart from the salary, a commission on all sale generated is offered.

| Requirements |
- 5 Years experience in Sales and/or Marketing in the Scaffolding and Formwork Industry
- 3 Years of Management Experience in the Scaffolding Industry
- Strong ability to generate and close leads. We will judge you on your ability to form professional relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication skills in English (international languages is bonus). A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed
- Dominant knowledge of MS Office and computer skills required
- Monthly target setting, recruiting a sales team, genius in closing deals and a family man will be a added benefit
- Strong prioritization, strategic thinking, and planning abilities with great attention to detail and quality of work
