Outside Sales

Global Scaffolding & Insulation is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence and focusing on Industrial/Commercial Industries. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in outside sales within the scaffolding industry and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market for global scaffolding and insulation.
  • Identify and prioritize potential clients and markets, and establish relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (such as marketing, engineering, and operations) to customize solutions and proposals based on client needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and services.
  • Travel to meet with clients, attend meetings, and conduct business as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in outside sales within the scaffolding industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of scaffolding and insulation products, applications, and market dynamics.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
