Foreman
Foreman is responsible for safely and effectively supervising the installation, alteration and dismantle of Mast Climbers, Transport Platforms and Personnel Hoists. Must have good knowledge and understanding of the OSHA/ANSI rules and regulations governing Scaffolding, Mast Climbers, Transport Platforms and Personnel Hoists. Must have a good knowledge and understanding of the various types of material being used so that the intended loads are not exceeded. Foreman is required to work with his tools from to time and order materials as required to maintain work flow. Foreman is responsible for completing all necessary documentation i.e. delivery/pick up tickets, time sheets, extra work authorizations, safety plans, JSA’s and scaffold inspection checklists, etc. Foreman must act as a mentor and coach to the Scaffold Lead Carpenters to aid in their development. |

| Requirements |
High School Diploma
Scaffold Lead Carpenter for a minimum of 2 years or approved equivalent experience
Some trade school preferred but not required
Valid driver’s license
Supervisory skills
Work planning skills
Ability to work comfortably and safely at considerable heights
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs
Self-motivated and well organized
Safety oriented
Bilingual a plus |
