Regional Sales Manager - Los Angeles, CA
The Regional Sales Manager aids the National Sales Manager to help meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities. This individual is responsible for overseeing the sale of product or services from beginning to end. You are the point of contact with a customer and in charge of ensuring a customer needs and expectations are met. Examples of duties are as following but are not limited to:
- Generate new business and customer accounts
- Demonstrate ability to cold call and find prospects and close
- Display and explain company product/services to potential clients to influence purchase
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports & making recommendations
- Submit purchase orders and inform National Sales Manager of purchase action
- Maintain documentation of customer contact, account updates and submit bi-weekly reports

Requirements |
- High School Diploma
- Construction / Scaffolding Sales Experience
- Manufacturing Experience a plus
- Ability to research and find new leads / prospects
- A minimum of 2 years previous sales experience
- Strong track record – Sales, Customer Service & closing deals
- Must have a Strong work ethic and be able to work remotely
- Excellent phone, email, chat communication, customer focus and follow-up skills
- Good time management and organization skills
- Must be creative, a team player and willing to learn
- Basic computer & Microsoft Office skills
