Rooftop Compliance Technician
The Inspection Company (TIC) is an approved Cal/OSHA certified organization providing certification inspections for high-rise commercial office buildings working with property managers, building engineers, and architects, ensuring Cal-OSHA compliance with rooftop safety systems (BME). Our services include the visual inspection of fall protection anchors, davit bases, davit pedestals, davit arms, tie-backs, outriggers, monorails and other permanently mounted facade access & fall protection equipment. All inspections performed by TIC, verifies structural integrity, safety, wear, defects and need for repair or replacement.

| Requirements |
Qualifications:
- Prior experience with exterior building suspended work platform systems such as, permanent roof rigging platforms, swing stages, tie-back anchors, sockets, pedestals, davits, wire ropes, cable lanyards, and outrigger beams.
- Familiarity with hoist rope/cable driving mechanisms such as, the gear box, electric motor, and secondary brake mechanics for Tractel, Sky Climber, and Power Climber
- Additional experience with load testing procedures for a building's safety devices and equipment is a plus

- Clean driving record
- Previous Cal/OSHA Experienc
