PROCESS: Once headquarters has received your application, you will be placed on the Potential Presentations list. If the SAIA decides to pursue your presentation, you may be asked to provide additional information. As a general overview, it is the Association's intent to format each conference with a balanced cross-section of topics and member presenter classifications.

Once decisions are made, and if your presentation is accepted, we will contact you when necessary to begin the planning process. Please note that over the years we have developed a backlog of prospects. As such, we try to plan based upon first in, first out. With this in mind, there may be a time delay between your volunteering and the actual presentation date. During that time, you can contact us anytime for an update. As always, we thank you again for your assistance in ensuring that the SAIA remains the primary voice of the scaffold and access industry.
